Lots of opportunities to innovate and support to do so Lots of training and development So much to get involved with, including not related to your discipline Constant change and improvement

Cons

Inconsistency between different departments and areas Very complex organisation and can be difficult to understand how it all works

Great Introduction to the business , felt very welcomed , good flexibility , amazing work life balance , opportunities to develop , a lot of training available , good benefits . high standard of work environment. Great people to work with - open, honest , focused on performance , quality and everything else you would expect from a top employer .
