Cons

Parking and desk space can be trouble on certain days of the week.

Pros

Coming from my previous employer, I’ve found MBDA a true breath of fresh air with regards to being a workplace that genuinely cares, and is very flexible. There’s a proper family feel within the company and as a new starter, I’ve felt very welcomed

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than competitors, and the benefits package wasn’t as good as my last company however I feel the pros outweigh this
