The people are fantastic! Work is challenging and interesting. There are plenty of opportunities for development; simply go looking and discuss with your manager! Dynamic Working – greater flexibility than ever before! The Networking groups such as; Mosaic, Pride, Neurodiversity and many more, are brilliant! Great onsite facilities.

Cons

Can't think of anything major. Change can be slow but the company continues to grow and transform; heading in the right direction!

MBDA is large and diverse enough to have a long and successful career with just one employer. MBDA's policies and conduct towards staff is excellent, creating a working environment that is genuinely attractive. WFH and flexible hours is enabled.

Cons

Because staff tend to stay with the company for long, long periods - MBDA can be slow to implement changes.
