Pros

My management are very approachable and support me not only in the work space, but in life outside. I am encouraged to develop and progress and will be supported throughout that process. MBDA has a fantastic benefits package that is very supportive, including many privileges. I flexibly and dynamically WFH (attending site when necessary or when I choice too) This allows me to concurrently be a parent and a professional, generating an attractive life-work balance.

Cons

I would like to spend more time on site, but I accepted the role knowing I live 4 hours from site.
