Nice working environment People generally friendly and pleasant Top management have committed to ensuring a progressive working environment and things are changing if you are prepared to hang in there and wait Clearly recognise that shifting demographic means they need to adapt methods of the past, respect success factors but embrace the new Shifting demographic means good opportunities for those hungry to develop without moving outside Actively encourage internal mobility Flexible working, good benefits package, ok salaries Massive drive on encouraging personal development If you work hard, show commitment and are willing to push, you can do well here

Cons

Salary progression slow Need to put money where mouth is - all very well recruiting hungry, ambitious young people but need to ensure MIDDLE management are managing expectations correctly. The days of expecting people to do a job for years before offering the salary and grade commensurate with that job are over. Either do something about it or expect a revolving door
