Pros

Good company to work for, diverse, inclusive and gender balanced. They have an annual bonus based on salary and company performance, usually around £2k. Pension is good and Sonia the overall benefits package. On site canteen is nice and cheap too.

Cons

Work can sometimes be slow. Being an inspector your at the end of the product line effectively so if it takes an operator a day to build something and an inspector an hour to inspect something you end up with a gap between work.

Good benefits, great people, alright pay.

Cons

The company make it clear they don't trust you. They say they're flexible but real flexibility is only in the higher ranks. They say you can move on in the company, but if they want to pigeon hole you they will and you can do nothing about it.
