Life at MBDA

Pros

Steady wage, good home life balance if you fit in. Lots of fun team building activities. They expect very little from you and zero pressure. Great food on site canteen.

Cons

Very slow, endless paperwork, diversity in everything except social class at principal engineer and above. People have so many meetings to talk about doing something. But never actually do anything. Long term future for company poor due to structural inefficiency and lack of employee empowerment. Sad really I’d really like too see them do well.

Very team orientated - social activities and time spent together on site Development opportunities - within the scope of what are realistic aspirations Flexible working - no start/finish times and opportunities to take dynamic leave as well as holiday entitlement Progression - within and outside of function Inclusive culture - ED&I focussed

Cons

Parking and desk space can be trouble on certain days of the week.
