Pros

Very supportive international company that still has a community-feel. The work is complex and can be demanding but there are plenty of opportunities for those who seek them and are willing to develop. In my experience, new ideas and innovation is recognised and supported.

Cons

Some areas can be stuck in their ways and struggle to change but with the right drive and good communication it can really be achieved.

The company is very flexible work wise. Flexitime allows workers to work extra hours in some places in order to take time off at other times.

Cons

Although the pay isn't terrible it could be improved to match MBDA's competitors.
