Job security - company is comfortable because of it's contracts/agreements. Plenty of opportunity to manage things.

Cons

Complete lack of progression, despite being a selling point on recruitment. Any progression revolves around management (of which there is far too much of), you must also 'play the game' and 1up your peers. (which goes against the company values). Average pay for the sector. Worrying reliance on MS office over all other tools. Biblically slow at responding to change in any form. OT is expected, despite constant 'could you just' work coming in & endless meetings eating up the da.
