MBDA are a company that actually value their employees whilst offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and exciting environment. Excellent internal mobility, training and development opportunities offered

Cons

The company are focused on change and becoming more agile, but this isn’t an easy cultural transition. New people can find the speed of change frustrating at first.

Friendly team, bonded over stressful working environment

Cons

Poor management and stressful. Expected to do more than you are paid to do and don’t get promotions when deserved. Constantly asked to pick up the slack from other employees who do nothing and management promote these people out of the way rather than deal with the poor performance. It pays to be lazy at MBDA
