Great company of okay with a heavy workload

Pros

Really good development opportunities, i can see myself progressing over the years. You also work dynamic hours so any overtime is given back

Cons

It is a heavy workload. It is almost expected to stay late and overwork hours (then claim back time). Working back in the office rather than at home is starting to creep back in
