Pros
I joined in Security but found progression through Business Support and then into Digital Communications. The company has actively supported my progression with a multitude of training opportunities also. As a military veteran, MBDA also has an outstanding Armed Forces Community network where all employees are able to network, hold events, raise funds for charity etc, as well as this, MBDA holds the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award.
Cons
MBDA has a very good employee package, including dynamic working, a decent pension system and a lot of flexibility in the way you can work there. Unfortunately, it does mean that salaries are not quite at market level, instead the company reward employees in other ways. This isn't to everyone's liking.
