Great initial start to my career at MBDA

Pros

Excellent onboarding with lots of useful and interesting training courses, Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manager and team who are willing to give up lots of their time to get you up to speed. All in all a great start for my first 4 weeks.

Cons

None from a job role and company perspective. The only downsides are the salaries are lower than anticipated.

Really good company to work for, benefits are decent and really flexible working and dynamic leave. Management are supportive.

Cons

If you are looking to move internally you won’t get the grad or salary attached to the job, so you won’t usually get a pay rise
