Pros

Onboarding has been fantastic. I had comms with my line manager before my start date and also HR. All my IT was ready for my first day, site inductions organised, and I am now going through a series of informative company inductions. I've got the opportunity next week to travel to Stevenage to meet some of my team as well. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Cons

There aren't any that I can think of.

Pros

Everything and everyone from the start has been amazing, ever since the phone call to arrange my interview I have been kept up to date with regular phone calls from the recruitment team. Flexible working hours with a hybrid style is great for a work life balance. All the staff are approachable and friendly and I enjoy coming to work and my role within the business. Lots of progression choices to help my career and future goals. Regular catch ups 1-2-1 and as a department which is fantastic.

Cons

I do not have any cons to working at MBDA and feel I made the right choice joining the company.
