The community and team spirit that exists within functions and Projects. The benefits the Company offer, which include subsidised catering, flexible working, performance related bonuses etc The variety of activity and roles, having worked here for two decades, i have never been bored, and always see new things. The Company are committed to development, and the opportunities for progression are excellent.
