The company does invest hugely in training and development and looks after it's people. There are opportunities to work internationally with colleagues in different natcos. The sector is experiencing long-term growth and, as an industry, offer good prospects in the medium to long term.

Cons

Defence may not be for everyone...: if you do want to work in this sector it is a great company to work for.

-Hybrid working not possible regularly -Projects have a long turnover so sometimes could feel stuck in sane project for years.
