The work is fast paced and interesting. Great people and good flexible working options.

Cons

Compensation package very poor for the sector and local area when compared with other engineering companies. The company is losing very talented staff as a result. Lack of progression and development. No strategic planning for my future, despite best attempts.

Pros

The work culture allows both working from home and in the office. Another positive is there's flexi-time and Friday afternoons off, however, also opportunities for overtime if desired.

Cons

None I can think of.
