Pros

Friendly work environment, recently refurbished offices and plenty of flexibility. The balance of home working and office time is impressive given the security requirements. Management spend a lot on the staff in terms of training, facilities, etc.

Cons

A big company so lots of the usual inefficiencies and communication issues. Some bad project management practices lead to a bit of frustration due to lack of accountability.

Great people who are experts in their field and friendly. Interesting projects to work on and lots of future work planned. Lovely site campus and great facilities. Great benefits including dynamic and hybrid working.

Cons

Limited visibility of senior management.
