People are mostly very friendly, the environment is relaxed, dynamic working is a big pro, and my team was super supportive with helping my development

Cons

Unsure on career progression routes and organisation from the top level can be a bit manic. Great place on an individual level but if you're striving for a lot maybe not the best place
