Pros

Friendly, warm culture. Nice people and very interesting work. Pay and pension are good and the Dynamic working (flexi hours and up to 15 days additional flexi holiday). Generally an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Additional benefits (no healthcare as standard) are poor and outdated and in need of refresh. Hybrid working only possible for lower security classification work and management positions dur to secure networks being on List X site only.
