Pros

Very recently in post (one month) but can honestly say this is the most comprehensive, supportive and professional induction into a company I have experienced and that's from the multi-stage interview process and interaction with the recruitment team to arriving into the role. I have experienced onboarding with multiple, large prime contractors within the industry and can confidently state that this experience with MBDA is head and shoulders above all of these.

Cons

Bit bureaucratic but this is minor compared to the overall opportunities within the company
