MBDA has a real community feel to it. You really feel part of something here and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Their hybrid approach to Dynamic Working is brilliant and works well within the company.

MBDA produce truly world class high tech products and achieve that with highly collaborative and cohesive teams with mature processes.

Cons

Many of the systems and processes are antiquated but there are several initiatives to improve.
