Cons

Training is insufficient for the role. Lack of trust in teams and with management. Roles and responsibilities are not clear enough to know who is responsible for between PC and the wider team.

Pros

Flexibility in both the job and your hours. Options to work at different sites across the UK. Hybrid approach working options. Great to socialise at the on-site cafeteria (great food too!) Progression opportunities both within a department or to move to another business area.

Cons

Cafeteria gets too busy at lunch hour haha! Parking is limited (but they are working on that)
