Excellent development opportunities, great salary and benefits, inclusive culture and our products are way more interesting than cars and gadgets!!! MBDA is a long established company that has become a great British and European employer with great products and ethics, it is both transformed and transforming.

Cons

Complex products with complex life requirements that means we have long engineering life cycles, working here could satisfy your technical aims but can take longer than working on cars and gadgets.
