Pros

MBDA is a great company to work for. They are a company that really do invest in their people and recognise that the value of a company is the employees. Your career development is foremost in the thinking, with lots of training (both on the job and classroom) and even support for further education opportunities, professional qualifications. Work content is extremely fulfilling with involvement of a wide range of technologies, business and engineering disciplines and across the whole product life cycle. Mobility within the organisation is also a strength so if you fancy a career direction change you can do it within the Company. The canteen and gym facilities on site are great and there are a wide range of clubs and events outside of work.

Cons

It’s a complex organisational structure which can take time to really understand who your network, key stakeholders and interfaces are.
