MBDA is very paternalistic - it really cares about its people and looks after them. People are the biggest asset a company has and that is really acknowledged here. Rewards are generous with flexible BIK and working practices. We also have a recognition platform, which helps us recognise one another - used for everything from a happy birthday or work anniversary shout out; a colleague saying thank you; a small monetary award; to a larger more meaningful monetary award - everyone likes to be appreciated. Welcoming staff which are very helpful and approachable. When walking around the site lots of people have reflected my feelings and are very happy. IT equipment was provided and set up on the first day with support if required to raise any issues.
