      The processes in place, everything is by the book and as fair as it can be All the resources you need at your fingertips The feedback forms and regular check ins are great while learning

      - Lyreco has a great company ethos, and supporting values. It's amazing to work for a company who genuinely wants to be the positive change they want to see in the world. - Working with a diverse range of people, definitely helps keep you motivated and up-beat, and makes coming to work a pleasure. - Excellent on-site facilities such as canteen, eco-garden and chill-out areas. - Friendly and approachable management who genuinely want you to grow and be the best version of yourself. - Down to earth Managing Director and Senior Management Team. - Mental Health first aiders who are brilliant if you want a quick, confidential chat. - Winston the well-being dog!

      Cons

      - I don't really have any negative feedback for Lyreco as it stands. From what I've witnessed, if ever anything is raised with management or senior staff, things get resolved very quickly which is great.
