      Fantastic range and excellent service

      Cons

      Micromanagement driving senior staff away, loosing good staff due to a culture of NO trust and ‘do as I say or else’, the use of PIP’s (Personal Improvement Plans)used as a rod to beat staff with. Senior managers who are full of theory and no practical experience of day to day role.
