The security guard gives you a cheery wave as you arrive and leave for the day.

Cons

Lyreco in Telford have this corporate mantra “Lyreco Goodness” - and they are at every awards night, support every conceivable initiative and are at the forefront of every “International **fill in the blanks here** Day.” The reality on a day-to-day basis couldn’t be further from the truth. My experience in the ‘People and Culture’ team was horrific - the worst in a long career, which prior to and after working here, has been thoroughly enjoyable. Bullying and intimidation was a day to day occurrence, as well as micro management, gossiping, exclusion and cliques.

Supportive stuff, management always try to help, clear goals, depends on position could be travelings to main office.

Cons

Better to start working on B2B, but UoP also great.
