Cons

Job description did not meet expectation. Their anticipated output was different to what the JD listed and no performance management was put into place to correct - just left to continue until they decided they wanted something different.

Recruitment department has a track record of bullying people out of the business. Leadership gloriously unaware of serious problem within the department - shut away in opulent corner office for most of the time.
