      Pros

      I’ve worked at Linde for 6 years now, started as an apprentice Engineer and now moved over to the sales side of things. The team is so helpful and everyone helps each other. There is training for literally anything which you can put yourself forward for and the progression is there as long as you make it clear where you would like to go with your career. The targets I have as an area executive are achievable.

      The targets as an area sales manager seem a little high, not saying it isn’t doable though.

      Pros

      I work here as it was a job when I required it. It is not a company with diversity. A company that talks the talk but does not walk the walk in terms of values or culture My exit is near and anybody wanting to join should reconsider It pays the bills
