      Pros

      Great management style when I was there, they left you alone to get on with your work which is great in sales and offered support if they felt you needed direction. Offer great training and fantastic work events. I only left due to a opportunity arising elsewhere otherwise I’d still be there

      Cons

      Some restructuring is required to make it easier to work with different departments and to help customers from my experience.

      A Degrading Experience

      Pros

      Some great colleagues and fellow trainees. Decent wage for age. Good internal training schemes across both service and sales, with some courses being held in Germany and France.

      Cons

      The company has a major problem with sexism, homophobia, racism and general misogyny - especially within the network companies with some of the worst perpetrators being in regional directing roles. A lot of negative people who will gatekeep positions due to internal politics, meaning no room for progression. An ingrained system of bullying tactics from middle-management and same level colleagues. If you are a woman then expect to be paid significantly less than colleagues who are men, even if doing the same job for the same period of time. Work from home is generally discouraged and the company is trying to get all staff back into offices.
