Pros

There used to be relative job security, and stable environment. There's none at all nowadays.

Cons

Lack of technical expertise at higher management levels launching the organisation into multiple different directions without any support for meaningful talent growth. For some reason there's no CTO to pull the pieces together. All of this is breeding very entrenched positions, very high turnover, and a highly toxic environment.

Human-sized company, which grows constantly in its market. Nice to discover the business model and the activities of the group. Ambitious IT project achieved.

Cons

French self-oriented management, lack of team spirit in some teams. Behind the words, the work life balance has been horrible in my situation.
