The tasks that have been assigned to me has all been well taught and turned over to me clearly and everyone in my team has been very accommodating in answering my questions regarding the work to be done.

Cons

The only con for me is my work schedule but I have chosen to take the shift and willingly agreed to it and the pros make the work really promising.
