training could be more coherent. a tenuured sales professional will do well. Salesforce training is a bit messy. role and renumeration is next level.

Pros

You'll have an amazing team but with bad management. - Benefits of working abroad (60 days including weekends a year) and - 400€ Health benefit (brutto) - Homeoffice days are mondays and fridays and you'll be able to Homeoffice more with good reason like a Dr. appointment. - No doctor certificate is needed for 3 days when you or your children are sick. - Amazing office events if you can take some time off your work - Occasional lunches: pizza, burger etc.

Cons

- KPI's are not tracked correctly and impossible to reach - many things are forgotten to be communicated - no official procedures exist - Many questions will remain unanswered: forgotten or ignored - High turnover, useless onboarding, no clear directions
