I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience at Lightspeed. While some of the cons are surprising, we do recognize that there’s always room for improvement. As you know, we operate in a fast-paced environment which can undoubtedly cause some frustration. We work hard and reward people in different ways, whether that’s with uncapped commissions and/or extra incentives. We’ve always promoted based on merit alone. We understand the importance of illuminating career paths and development opportunities, and this is something we’re focusing heavily on over the next several months.
