After all, one of our core values is to give customers amazing tools to empower their business. We can see that the retail market has been getting more volatile, so in some ways, it forces us to be reactive. However, we try to balance that with a forward-looking strategy.       Pros

      Great place to start a career, and the place to be if you like to party. Some really awesome coworkers. Solid benefits. Relaxed be yourself *style*.

      Cons

      The money you get for the amount of work done doesn't really make sense. It's go time, all the time. If the company has a heart, it came from a sales textbook, not a product or its customers.

      Pros

      At my first day at LightspeedHQ, I had a warm welcome from all the team of the department. Since the beginning, I have the chance to be part of a great supportive working environment where I have the opportunity to develop and challenge myself on a constant daily basis. I have been working for the organization for only one month and can already see a major improvement in my abilities to source and approach candidate due to my colleagues that always keep themselves update about best practices to implement in the hiring process.

      Cons

      If you count the hours worked just before leaving, may not be a good fit for you.
