      Pros

      The people. Lightspeed makes sure to bring on people that are passionate about what they do, so you are always at work with someone that inspires you, especially on the days where you need a little extra inspiration! They are also great at recognizing potential and there is a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      The targets are very aggressive, and this is not a con. The targets are in line with our trajectory and desired growth, but I think sometimes we get so caught up in targets that we get a little lost in terms of work-life balance. That being said, I see leadership taking big leaps in trying to ameliorate that.

      Pros

      If you like money and partying, you'll like it.

      Cons

      All they care about is the numbers, they barely even pay attention to the product or the customers. They sell, and sell, and sell the products even if they are still lacking lots of features. Clients often came back pissed, and no sales reps would want to the take the calls so it was demand generation that would pick up first and listen to the complaints. Nothing was ever done to change that. All they care about is going to the IPO. It's sad that it's become like that. No work life balance, LONG hours. Expected to stay until 8-9pm end of month and come the weekend if you are not close to your quota.

We truly believe in our product and its ability to give customers the right tools to help flourish their business.       Great company, great team, lot of work but best work of your life

      Pros

      Great team, Great co-workers, very smart people and some very smart high management persons. Management is listening to employees regarding happiness at work, learning paths and carrier growth. You can work on great projects and have a big impact on the company. The energy is good and your co-workers will become your friends. On the first interview with HR, they told me that they want their employee to do the best work in their life, and I do believe that this is what I am doing now!

      Cons

      You do have to put on the work but you will get rewarded. As a high growth company, you will have to meet your target and might get stressed a bit. Not your typical 9-5 (which can be a great thing depending on your personality).
