      Promising place to work

      Pros

      Management has the write direction, knows in broad terms what the company needs to succeed and is working hard to execute the strategy. There's a great focus on people and although things are not perfect, quarterly polls are done to keep watch on employee satisfaction and many initiatives are in place. Many perks, very driven co-workers, cool office space. CEO Dax gives a very human soul to the company. He cares. Has everything to succeed and help the employees succeed too.

      Cons

      Still going through growing pains so a few things might seem rushed or rough while the company structures itself. Some disconnect between different departments initiatives. Workload can be intimidating for some.

Dax’s approach certainly allows us to have an open and human environment, and that will never change. You’re right, it can be tough at times.       Amazing work environment - beautiful office, close to metro, tons of resources at your fingertips, family vibes Outstanding benefits - fitness, health, travel, etc. Groundbreaking product - world leading POS software (Retail & Restaurant) Commissions are REAL - monthly, quarterly & yearly commissions + president's club for over 105% achievers!

      Cons

      Like anything in life, have to put in the work in order to reap the benefits - nothing comes easy!

      International work environment & great colleagues

      Pros

      - Driven and hardworking (mostly in mid-twenties) colleagues makes for a motivating work environment - Nice office and perks such as monthly bonus (w/ targets), lunch, office right on the canals in Amsterdam, good work/life balance, yearly Sales Kick-Off in Montreal - Room for growth and plenty of opportunities to take on your own projects

      Cons

      - The strategy/work systems are sometimes unclear which is due to a lack of communication with the head office in Montreal - Onboarding could be better in terms of integrating within the team in the first couple of weeks/months
