Pros

- Amazing culture, lots of great initiatives - Employees are a priority - Things move quickly, so you are constantly learning new tools and learning how to improve in your role.

Cons

- Work hours can be longer than usual, but its not so bad if you enjoy what you are doing! - Things are constantly changing. Change is not a bad thing, if you are someone who adapts easily to this and can move with the changes, this will not be a con.

Pros

The people at LightSpeed are Amazing to say the least. I really enjoyed going to work and interacting with my friends there. To this day, I am still in contact with my previous colleagues. The culture is very vibrant and fun, you get to work in a dynamic environment. Always fully loaded kitchen and the facilities are amazing. I also want to give a shoutout to Amir, one of the best leaders at LightSpeed. He's really fun to be around and he actually cares about his team. Always willing to help out and go the extra mile.

Cons

There a lot of cons. The working hours are pretty harsh and especially during end of month, you are expected to stay and grind even when hitting target is literally impossible. The targets are extremelly high and when I say extremelly high I mean it. Every single month there would be 1 person hitting target out of the whole team (11+) . It's a pretty depressing feeling when you go to work every single day knowing you pretty much have no chance of hitting your target but you still have to put on a smile and pretend like everything is fine. Manager are great but sometimes I did not like the fact that they would have team meetings to setup extra incentives that are even harder to hit than the targets themselves. Like seriously ?
