Great product and uncapped commission

Cons

Unrealistic targets, no accountability from senior management. Everyone is micromanaged and managed by fear. Slow strategy compared to competitors, still finding feet in the UK market

Good pay for a lot of work

Pros

- Very good pay, quite unusual for Georgia - Nice office, remote-friendly, can work from abroad for two-three months (depends on where you're going) - A lot of projects, relatively easy to pick one that is more interesting - Access to all modern development tools, AI, etc.

Cons

A lot of 'Russian' corporate culture - long hours expected, a lot of information is 'assumed knowledge'. This is slowly improving, and the Russian-speaking teams are getting more integrated into the worldwide company that Lightspeed is.

Benefits are fantastic Caring direct Manager Great in person environment

Cons

Management overbooked with meetings and unavailable Open door policy leads to bullying and gaslighting Ever growing targets with less and less attainability for reps (from 70% attainability to average of 35% in a few years) Removed work life balance policies Constant rolling out of changes that are half ready at a frequency that is dizzying Employee feedback swept away and not actioned Recently cut a full level of leadership limiting support to sales reps Over hiring leaving fewer leads per rep
