Latest MAC book as a work computer (with the possibility of buying it back) Share options full health benefits great work-life balance a lot of days off subsidized transport a good bonus structure It's a culture based company If they see you put in the work they will help you move forward

Cons

it's a culture-based company so if it's not your cup of tea I don't think you'll like it. Also always read and understand the fine prints before anything in order to avoid bad surprises. If something isn't clear, make sure it is on your contract. Otherwise, I don't see many con's where I am

Working across time zones is hard. But I guess that's normal for a global company. Nothing else jumps out.
