Pros

Some really strong team members who stood out. Nice office and good location, the product and vision was strong but hit hard by covid.

Cons

Very high attrition due to hiring a lot of transfers from the NZ office on short term visas who would then have to leave, teams weren't able to meet targets, kind of 'fratty' culture with heavy drinking.

The company truly cares about its people and ensures that whoever is hired will fit right into place, ending in a great atmosphere filled with amazing people who work together for the same goal, our customers.

Cons

Once inside it's difficult to get a salary increase. New policies are being implemented, but so far it remains tough.
