      No work life balance and micromanagement

      Nice office in Montreal with free lunch and barista The product is great and easy to use Access to great sales tools

      Cons

      Insane level of micromanagement Very limited opportunity for growth unless you’re a man Long days (9am-6pm) and working weekends is highly encouraged Extremely high churn rate on the sales team, people leaving/being let go every month Management will hyper focus on something for a while then completely forgot about it. Their priorities change every few months, it’s exhausting. Salaries are low and comp plan is very confusing. Targets are increased every month.

      Very nice benefits, flexible work hours and schedule. DEI is at the core of the company and actually makes you feel welcome no matter who you are. Overall great company to work for.
