Hi, Excuse the pun, but it's heartening to hear this feedback that 'this company has a heart.' Thank you for taking the time to post here on Glassdoor. We really value the feedback and agree that our headquarters, nicknamed the Castle, has a very special vibe in historic Vieux Montreal. We do encourage you to reach out to your People Business Partner to spark up a conversation about performance expectations, if you'd like to unpack that further in a 1:1. Thank you for igniting businesses everywhere and adding to the global impact we're making together. Best, Rani Hammond, Chief People and Culture Officer

Hi, We truly appreciate your review and feedback. Thanks for sharing this here on Glassdoor. We're excited to hear you enjoyed our benefits program with unlimited PTO and that our company culture is strong. Work-life balance is a keen focus at all times for us at Lightspeed and we're proud to have implemented our trail-blazing People Experience policy with flexible, unlimited paid time off and the ability to work hybrid, remote, in-office or across the world for 60 calendar days per year. It can be hard in some teams to fully utilize this policy but with our hiring plan we envision all teams having the support and people power to achieve a great work-life balance. Wishing you all the best in your next role and thank you for igniting businesses everywhere in your time at Lightspeed. Best, Rani Hammond, Chief People and Culture Officer
