Cons

Don't feel like my job is recognized enough. Haven't had a decent pay raise in 4 years. Don't get any bonuses. Don't have any career opportunities unless I change to a different department.

You can fall off the radar if performance slips, training on product is short. You gotta do a lot on your own to find answers.
