      - Quite good working environment - Depends on your team, but most of it won't have any tough deadline - You can share your opinions and ideas openly

      Cons

      - Probably not a very good salary compared to the market - I can't say it has the best opportunities because the salary adjustment doesn't seem to reflect the market.

      Autonomy I can only post if I have five words

      Cons

      Constantly moving goal posts with regards to targets. Constantly charging roles within the company. C-suite switches direction as to what the “focus” is without doing due diligence as to the “vibe” of the market - region. Pure chaos. Poor pay comparative to other similar roles.
