      Great company. They really mean what they are saying and it usually shows.

      Pros

      Smart leadership and colleagues. Not bleeding edge on the tech side but following the latest best practices while applying some good engineering thinking usually. They also practically live in the future while everyone else seems to be going backwards in time on the culture and values aspects. A global, truly respectful place. I had my personal career reasons to move on but honestly, looking back I loved working there.

      Cons

      While more sympathetic than Shopify, unfortunately not as technically focused. I have a hunch they are and will be better at making actual money in the long run though, so there's that.
