Pros

It has a good pay package and company car. That’s all that keeps the majority here.

Cons

Stressful, overworked. Not just myself but all full time staff constantly complaining, some are worried to say the truth due to fear of repercussions. It’s common practice. Many are worked out the business without using formal procedures. A blind eye is turned to this practice. Could class it as harassment/bullying. I’ve seen colleagues in my region with personal issues forced out by their bosses by putting them on garden leave with no return to work saying they had enough to get rid of them, taking advantage they are in a fragile state and had no way of defending themselves.

Pros

Decent salary, with the benefit of 10% discount also.

Cons

Long hours, disrespectful management, complete disregard for your own personal time outside of work.
