Pros

Not many good things to say about the company, as I had a very poor experience.

Cons

Toxic culture of bureaucracy. Definitely not a startup, seems like there's another level of management added daily. Horrible place to work, run!

Pros

Good pay, that is the only thing that comes to mind.

Cons

Be prepared to work extremely long hours with disorganized senior management. They ask for feedback but do not listen to what you are saying, probably because the they are so used to doing everything the way it was done in Germany. The negativity in the office is rampant, recruiters blow smoke about how it is here.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Much like the Trump Administration, Lidl is a place of nepotism, narcissism, and incompetence. HQ specifically has the highest employee turnover of any retailer I've seen. Executive Board members leave for "personal reasons" almost monthly and they've been through 3 CEOs in 4 years. . Lidl's upper management/"leadership" is composed almost entirely of white, European men. All of whom have connections with each other or to the International HQ in some way. To say it's an "old boys club" would be an understatement. If you are looking for diversity, this is the LAST place to go. If you are looking for career growth you must be white, male and European. Most of the employees have zero experience and are in the US for vacations and Green Cards. I am sure the PR team will post some fake reviews after this one to falsely inflate the overall company rating. Wait for it...
